we providing electricity for the first time to 33 houses.
in the community of 18 of April .
the project was develop by Rotary International ,Rotary Port Isabel .
Rotary Trujillo and other local Rotary clubs in the usa.

whit help of the community and the electrical company ENNE .
they provide free labor for this project.

this is another great Project by Tom Plumb Port Isabel Rotary President.

and then was Light and was Beautifull

At last, it was light ...

This is a very important day in the life of this community and all its inhabitants. A 5:00 p.m. Wednesday's 11-December-2008, I called Juan Carlos, the head of the gang of ENEE we worked with labor, to tell us that they had already made the connection test of the project and the light was shining in the streets of the community of April 18. We were at the graduation ceremony of Darwin, the son of Toño. Upon completion, a 7:00 p.m.
tesla offered to bring them to his house ,.
his mother and his sister who had accompanied him on the road gave them the news and during the journey were very excited to come and see the lights.
Upon reaching the village they expressed their joy of a thousand ways.
as we enter the community, Toño was looking out the lamp in Front of his house, and a lot of persons were in the street looking too, children playing outside all the adults talking under the light poles.
We went to school there and also had people under the light pole.
they communitty expressed great appreciation to our club, but also are eager to thank the "gringoTom" and his group of collaborators for this work that improves the quality of life.

power to Rodrigues school complete, school build by Rotary International, school was ready wire by Frank and Jesus.
and few computers donated for this school.

also we have a long view of the extra installation we was going to left one house whit no electricity because the distance required a lot more material but Tom Plumb do some magic and we start whit 30 house we landing finish 33 houses so everyone have power
